Krab Queenz seafood and daiquiris is the newest sensation to hit harlem

It wouldn’t be a New York summer if we didn’t have the newest and latest restaurants in our arsenal, especially when it comes to seafood. If you add great drinks to the list, you definitely have a hit. One of the newest restaurants to come to the New York scene is Krab Queenz. Krab Queenz Seafood and Daiquiris is the largest black woman-owned restaurant chain in the United States, with New York City being its 8th location.

The popular Louisiana-based restaurant has an arrangement of southern based cuisines and treats like their tasty Fried Catfish and their mouth watering Seafood Gumbo. Every bite of their food has an immense burst of flavor with just the right amount of spice. If the food wasn’t convincing enough, the drinks are a great addition to the menu. Krab Queenz is famous for their daiquiris for a reason - the variety of them is endless. Our personal favorite definitely had to be the 4/20 [for obvious reasons].

Krab Queenz opened it’s doors to the public earlier this June. Ambassador and partner, Dapper Dan, made sure that the restaurant never lacked any of it’s Harlem flare - including having it’s own VIP section. His influence, along with many others, will take this from another restaurant on the strip into a community and social site.

You can visit Krab Queenz Seafood and Daiquiris at 100 W 125th St. Tell them that The Playground sent you.
